Case Study: 1

The owner of a 2 story property had a problem with water leaking through the bathroom floors upstairs into the downstairs ceiling.

We were engaged to do an inspection for the owner for a fee of $400. Our inspection uncovered that it had not been built to the building code. From the builder first telling the owner that they wouldn’t fix the problem to us stepping in, the builder has now agreed that is is their problem. It has saved the owner a repair bill of $15,000 to fix the bathroom – a 3,750% cash return on investment and also saving them from a lot of stress.

This is why if you have issues with your renovation it is always a good idea to get someone who knows what to look for to help you out.

It could save you a lot of time and money.
