Leadership and Culture
House Inspect Australia is led by Co-Directors Litsa and Barney Adamou, whose expertise, vision, and values shape the business.
Litsa is South Australia’s first qualified female building inspector and an award-winning entrepreneur, recognised for her leadership, innovation, and for raising industry standards. Barney is a licensed builder with extensive practical construction experience. Together, they lead a team dedicated to delivering trusted outcomes for homeowners, builders, and developers.
Beyond inspections, Litsa and Barney are passionate about mentoring House Inspect Australia’s growing network of franchisees.
