In South Australia building inspectors are not required to be licensed. Our question to you, ‘Is your building inspector a licensed builder?’

Our building inspections are all conducted to the relevant Australian Standards and Building Code of Australia. We can inspect the same day or the next day and you will receive your report that same day the inspection is carried out. The report covers off on any major or minor defects and we ensure it is in an easy to understand format with a follow up discussion to ensure any concerns or questions you may have are addressed. We are also happy to recommend builders or trades from our trusted network in the industry, to assist with any repair work that may be required.
All our pest inspections are conducted by a licensed pest technician who will not only thoroughly check your property for those little pests but can also recommend a treatment type to eliminate those little unnecessary pests. We are here to help make the whole process smooth and to give you confidence in the property you are about to purchase.

Licenced Registered Builder BLD 246 065 with our inspectors having backgrounds in construction management, building supervisor, carpentry and steel frame right through to general building maintenance and property development with over 25 years’ experience in the building industry. Further qualifications include Certificate 4 in Building and Construction, various trade certificates, qualified pest inspection certification, certificates on training and assessment, management and business degrees.
For an accurate quote you will need to let us know the size of the home including number of bedrooms, number of levels and address of the home.
