Do you think that this house is worth this much money?

“I don’t know”, I look at hundreds of houses a year in every different suburb and housing prices change all the time. But, at the end of the day – if it’s a good fair report, a good fair house and you’re paying a good fair price, you should be happy with it. Only the person purchasing the house can determine if it’s a good price. If you’re happy to pay that money for it, pay it. If you’re not, then negotiate with your agent.”
