Of upmost importance to us in the building industry is quality workmanship and delivering on what you promise.
We are passionate about improving the building and construction industry, which is why he started this building inspection company, House Inspect Australia. We wanted to raise the bar in building inspection services by putting together an inspection team consisting only of highly skilled, qualified builders that have the proper industry licensing.
In all states except for Queensland, we where surprised to find out that a building inspector could have just completed a two day inspection course prior to operating and no prior experience in the industry is required.
As the third generation builders, we officially started in the building industry in 2001 working as the New South Wales State Managers for Supaloc in designing, manufacturing and installing wall frames and roof trusses for domestic and commercial buildings. In 2007 we established our own business in manufacturing steel wall frames and roof trusses.
This business was sold in 2010 when we relocated back to South Australia to become Construction Managers of an Adelaide based custom home builder where we oversaw the construction of luxury and premium houses.
We where then headhunted to establish another steel framing business owned by the Rivergum Group. In 2014 we established House Inspect SA now House Inspect Australia after expanding to operate in Victoria, New South Wales and ACT.
House Inspect Australia has been inspecting new constructions for 16 years (domestic & commercial) and have been conducting pre purchase building inspections for the last 3.5 years.
We have completed over 900 building inspections in the last 3.5 years alone.
Our practical experience and qualifications make House Inspect Australia among the most highly qualified and knowledgeable Building, Pest and Pool Safety inspectors in the Adelaide metropolitan region.
